As a Driver with Shipt, you have the flexibility to indicate your own availability and select the days and times you'd like to be available to receive order offers.
Once you have entered your availability into the app, you will be able to receive order offers.
- To submit your availability, tap Schedule from the main menu.
- From the Schedule screen, tap each delivery window you would like to select.
Selected delivery windows will display green with a checkmark to help you identify the times you have submitted as your availability.
You will be offered Shipt Driver orders that align with the times you submit for your availability.
Keep in mind, drivers can expect delivery routes to last up to five hours. If you schedule your availability any time within the estimated delivery timeframe, you may be offered a Shipt Driver order.
- For example, if you select you are available from 10 AM–11 AM, you may be offered a Shipt Driver order with an 8 AM pickup time that is estimated to be completed by 12 PM.
You can submit your availability up to seven days in advance.
- To indicate your availability for upcoming days, tap the date from the provided list at the top of the Schedule screen.
The currently selected day will display green and show the date at the top of the screen.
If something changes and you are no longer available to consider order opportunities during the same hours, you can remove any of your selected delivery windows.*
- To remove a single delivery window from your indicated availability, tap it to deselect it.
- To remove yourself from all delivery windows for a day, tap Remove All at the bottom of the Schedule screen.
*Note: Already claimed orders will remain claimed if you remove yourself from a delivery window.

Why is indicating my availability important?
- Sharing your availability enables you to receive offers for orders during the times you wish to deliver.
How far in advance can I indicate my availability to receive offers?
- You can indicate your availability up to 7 days in advance. It is recommended that you indicate your availability at least 24 hours in advance to give you more opportunities to receive offers for orders. Claiming orders in advance also enables you to plan out your day ahead of time to ensure order efficiency and on-time deliveries.
What if my availability changes?
- If for some reason your availability changes, you can remove upcoming delivery windows from the Schedule screen. After removing a delivery window, you will no longer receive order offers for that time. A best practice is to edit your availability as soon as you know you’re unavailable to keep your deliveries on track.
- If you've already claimed an order during a delivery window you’re no longer available during, you may drop the order.
