The Shipt Summit Seeker Program™ is a rewards and recognition program designed to reward drivers for consistently going above and beyond. The program offers drivers with Shipt potential access to exclusive discounts and new rewards.
     
Drivers will be evaluated for the program during qualifying periods, which are the 2 months directly before each reward period.*

There are 3 tiers that drivers can qualify for in the Shipt Summit Seeker Program – Summit Star, Trailblazer, and Wayfinder.

If you’ve qualified for a tier, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to redeem your exclusive rewards by the 10th day of the rewards period.

Summit Star

Qualifications    
To qualify for Summit Star status, you must meet the following criteria by 11:59 p.m. ET on the last day of the qualifying period:

  • Complete at least 25 Routes
  • Stats must be reflective of “Good” or “Excellent”


Rewards

  • Gas Discounts from Upside: Earn up to $0.75/gallon cash back on 2 fill-ups. You’ll receive an email with instructions on redeeming your Upside bonus. After activating, you’ll see a message that a bonus of $0.75/gallon cash back on 2 fill-ups has been applied to your account. In addition, you can receive up to $0.25/gallon cash back through Upside’s standard offers. The 2 fill-ups can be utilized through the end of the rewards period. For terms and conditions, click here.
  • Elite Membership from CarAdvise: Get access to the elite membership with CarAdvise and 50% off on oil changes from participating auto shops during the rewards period. Sign up using the email address associated with your driver account to claim the reward. For terms and conditions, click here
  • Shipt Credits: Shipt will award $50 in credits directly to your Shipt member account to be applied to personal orders, excluding alcohol. To receive the credit, you must have your free Shipt membership activated. You’ll see the credit in your Shipt app by the 10th day of the rewards period, and you’ll have until the end of the rewards period to use the credit after it’s issued. 
  • Shipt Shop Discount: Get 50% off one order from the Shipt Shop during this rewards period as part of your Summit Star status. This includes all items in the Shipt Shop, meaning you can apply your credit to everything from apparel to safety vests and other premium accessories. Your discount can only be used once and will expire at the end of the rewards period. Refer to your rewards email for your personal redemption code. 
  • Priority Access Line: When you call our support team using the phone number associated with your driver account, you’ll be placed at the front of the line to get assistance as quickly as possible. 
  • Found: Receive a $50 bonus when you create a Found account, and add it to your Shipt profile for direct deposit payments. Once 5 payments over $10 from Shipt have been deposited, you'll automatically receive your $50 bonus! For terms and conditions, click here
  • Avibra: Choose and activate your free benefits through Avibra! Qualifications    
To qualify for Trailblazer status, you must meet the following criteria by 11:59 p.m. ET on the last day of the qualifying period:

  • Complete at least 15 Routes
  • Stats must be reflective of “Good” or “Excellent”

FAQs

How long does my Shipt Summit Seeker Program™ status last?

  • Your status will apply for the entire duration of the 2-month rewards period that you qualified for, meaning if you are notified that you’ve achieved Shipt Summit Seeker Program status on August 1, you’ll have access to your rewards until September 30. Shipt reevaluates drivers for Shipt Summit Seeker Program eligibility every 2 months.
  • If your driver account is deactivated at any time during the rewards period, you will lose access to your Shipt Shop discount and Shipt member credits.

When will I receive the email with my rewards?

  • You will receive an email containing your reward code(s) by the 10th day of the first month of the rewards period.

I think that I qualified for a Shipt Summit Seeker Program tier, but I didn’t receive my email with my unique rewards codes. Where can I get that?

  • If you haven’t received your email by the 10th day of the first month of the rewards period, contact appreciation@shipt.com to get access to your rewards codes for Upside and the Shipt Shop. Your Shipt credits will be added to your Shipt membership between the 1st and 10th day of each month in the rewards period.

How many times can I use the Shipt Shop code?

  • The Shipt Shop discount code for Shipt Summit Seeker Program can only be redeemed one time, so be sure to include everything in your cart that you’d like to purchase during the rewards period.    
    Your discount will expire at the end of the rewards period.

How do I set up my Shipt membership?

  • Sign up in the Shipt member app with the same email address that's associated with your driver account. If the system asks you to pay for membership during check out, please reach out to Shipt Support via live chat, phone, or email at drivers@shipt.com.
  • If you have an existing Shipt membership and are a new driver, you can reach out to Shipt Support to request a prorated refund.

Can I use my Shipt credit for any store in the Shipt app?

  • Yes, the $50 Shipt credit will be automatically applied to the next order you place after the credits have been applied to your account. Your $50 Shipt credits will be added to your Shipt membership between the 1st and 10th day of each month in the rewards period. You will have until the end of the rewards period to redeem your Shipt credit after it has been issued. 
  • Note that you cannot use Shipt credits toward alcohol purchases.

Can I use both the SHIPT35 and my Shipt Summit Seeker Program Upside code if I haven’t already signed up for Upside?

  • Yes, you can apply both codes. Follow the instructions from Shipt’s Upside App page to apply your initial “SHIPT35” sign-up bonus. After completing those steps, then click “Redeem now” in your Shipt Summit Seeker Program email to apply the additional discount.
  • Once setting up your Upside account, you will be able to view and claim gas discount offers available near you. Once you’ve filled up, upload your receipt into the GetUpside app to get cash back.
  • If you already have an account, you can click the “Redeem now” link in the Shipt Summit Seeker Program email you received from Shipt HQ with details on your Upside bonus. 
  • You will need to contact the vendor directly for questions regarding your account. Shipt Support does not have access to individual account information created through GetUpside.

Will Shipt still offer Milestone rewards to drivers? 

  • Yes! Shipt will continue to reward drivers as they hit different order milestones throughout their driver journey, regardless of their status in the Shipt Summit Seeker Program. To learn more about Driver Milestones, click here.

The qualification criteria, qualifying periods, and rewards periods for the Shipt Summit Seeker Program™ may change over time as we test and learn. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Program, or any part thereof, at any time without notice and without further obligations to you or any other Program participants.

The Program and/or any of its features may be unavailable, inaccurate or interrupted from time to time for a variety of reasons outside of our control. Individuals who are signed up to both shop and drive with Shipt will receive only one set of tiered rewards based on the highest tier earned in either program (for example, if you earn Summit Star status as a shopper and Wayfinder status as a driver, you will receive the Summit Star rewards).   

Program Termination:    
Shipt may suspend, revoke, or terminate your access to the Program at any time and for any reason. If your access is terminated, all Rewards may be forfeited immediately upon termination, in accordance with the terms of the specific Reward.

Interpretation of Program Terms:    
All interpretations of these Program Terms & Conditions will be in Shipt’s sole discretion and Shipt’s decisions will be final.

Shipt reviews drivers every 2 months to determine eligibility for the Shipt Summit Seeker Program.
